1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Friendse ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up.
Your account is protected by a system-generated access code instead of a traditional password. You are responsible for keeping it safe. If you lose it, use the "Access code forgotten?" flow on the login page to request a new one.
You must be old enough to legally use online services in your country to create an account.
We may suspend, ban, or require re-verification of any account we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms.

3. Content you post — you are responsible for it

You, and only you, are responsible for everything you upload, post, or share on Friendse — including posts, comments, images, videos, Status updates, and marketplace listings. By creating an account, you confirm that you have the right to post that content and that it does not break the law or these terms.

Friendse and its team act only as a platform that hosts and displays content submitted by users. We do not create, review, or endorse user content before it is published, and — to the maximum extent permitted by law — we are not liable for content posted by users, including anything illegal, false, offensive, or infringing that another user uploads. If you believe content violates these terms or the law, please report it so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it.

You own the content you post, but you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the platform (e.g. showing your posts in others' feeds).
You must not post content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, is hateful, sexually exploits minors, incites violence, or is otherwise harmful.
Video uploads are capped at 30 seconds. Status uploads are capped at 3 per day for free accounts and 10 per day for Premium accounts, and are automatically deleted after 10 hours.
Posts are capped at 15 image posts and 15 text-only posts per day (tracked separately). Image posts are automatically and permanently deleted 2 months after posting, file included, to keep storage usage bounded — text-only posts are not affected by this and are kept indefinitely.
We may remove content, or hide it pending review, if it is reported or otherwise violates these terms.

4. Marketplace

Listings are subject to Friendse Team approval before appearing publicly.
Buyers and sellers transact directly with each other; Friendse is not a party to the sale and does not guarantee the condition, legality, or delivery of any listed item or service.
You may not list anything illegal, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited.

5. Creator earnings & monetization

Only your own, original content is eligible for monetization. Posts, Statuses, and videos containing images, Status content, or video that is copyrighted by someone else are never eligible.
If content containing someone else's copyrighted material is mistakenly approved for a monetization tool, no earnings will be paid on it — approval in error does not create a right to payment.
If content is removed for infringing someone else's copyright, any monetization tied to it ends immediately, and no further earnings accrue on that content.
Eligible video views may generate earnings at the earning rate applied to your own account, which is always visible to you on your analytics page. Rates are personal, are set from eligibility signals such as account standing, audience and watch quality, and may change; a rate change never retroactively alters earnings already recorded at a previous rate.
Earning rates, ranking and fraud-detection logic are internal, confidential systems. We do not publish them, no maximum rate is promised or guaranteed to anyone, and no member of our team will ever offer a different rate privately.
Views identified as fraudulent, bot-like, duplicate, or otherwise disqualified do not generate earnings, and accounts found engaging in such activity may have earnings withheld and/or be suspended.
All earnings calculations and rate history are logged and auditable, and you can export your own figures at any time.
Earnings are not a salary, wage, or employment benefit, and no particular level of reach, views, or income is promised. Monetization features may be modified, paused, or discontinued at our discretion, including for individual accounts under fraud review.

6. Withdrawals & payments

A minimum balance is required before you can request a withdrawal, shown on your dashboard.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal.
Newly earned funds are held for 30 days before becoming available for withdrawal, to allow time for fraud review.
Withdrawals are paid via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, or crypto/USDT (for international users), depending on what is available in your region and what you select.
Withdrawal requests go through Friendse Team review and may be delayed, rejected, or reversed if fraud is suspected; you will be notified of the outcome.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect payment details you provide, or by third-party payment networks (banks, JazzCash, Easypaisa, crypto networks) outside our control.

7. Advertising

The platform may display advertising, including via Google AdSense, to visitors who have consented to non-essential cookies. Active Premium subscribers do not see ads.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated means to inflate views, likes, referrals, or earnings.
Harass, impersonate, or infringe the rights of others.
Attempt to bypass fraud detection, rate limits, or content-moderation systems.
Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering via the payments/withdrawal system.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. Sections relating to earnings audit history, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or any specific level of reach, views, sales, or earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friendse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses related to marketplace transactions between users, content posted by other users, or delays and failures in third-party payment networks.

We do not sell the goods and services listed by members. Marketplace contracts are between buyer and seller; we provide the platform and a dispute review process only.
Content posted by members is their own. We review and remove content that breaks our rules, but we are not the author or publisher of user content.
Friendse is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
You agree to indemnify and hold Friendse, its team and partners harmless against claims, damages, and costs arising from content you post, items you buy or sell, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Disputes & applicable law

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved through the in-app appeal or order dispute process, which you must use before any formal claim.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of the platform operator, and the courts there have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you a different right.
If any clause is found invalid, the rest of the terms remain in force.

12. Changes to these terms

We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever these terms change materially. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
