1. Respecting IP Rights

Friendse respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. Sellers may only upload content (images, designs, text, trademarks) they own or are licensed to use.

2. Reporting Infringement (Notice & Takedown)

If you believe content on Friendse infringes your copyright, trademark, or other IP right, email [email protected] with:

• Your name, contact details, and proof of ownership/authorization.
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing listing(s).
• A description of the protected work and how it is infringed.
• A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.

3. Our Actions

Upon a valid report we may remove or disable the content, notify the Seller, and terminate repeat infringers' accounts. Friendse acts as an intermediary and is not liable for user-uploaded content removed in good faith.

4. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with evidence of your rights. We may restore the content unless the complainant initiates legal proceedings.

5. False Claims

Knowingly false infringement claims or counter-notices may result in account termination and legal liability.
